Sarge

Sarge came to this pack when he was still a cub, adopted by Adsartha directly from another pack. He doesn't have many memories of his old family, but that doesn't matter to him. Here, he grew up alongside other young wolves, including the one who had been his best friend from the beginning, Charna, the daughter of Adsartha. The wolf was charming from a young age, which he always found endearing. Together, they went through childhood and adolescence, until finally reaching adulthood and assuming their roles within the pack. She, an agile hunter, and he, a reliable scout. And soon after reaching this age, they officially became a couple.

The first few times he went out on his scouting, Sarge found a baby raven, apparently fallen from its nest, and abandoned because it had a broken leg. This made the wolf feel sorry for him, and he decided to take the little bird home, even though the other wolves would think it was strange. Charna supported him, and helped to take care of the little one, and they even convinced Maho, the herbalist, to take care of the crow's leg! The raven was cured, and grew up in the care of Sarge and his mate. As an adult, he remained with the flock, and always accompanies Sarge on his travels, helping him explore the places.
He was baptized by the wolf of Winged Night.

Sarge switched from scout to mentor after training the young Cloudycoat to take his place. Old battle wounds had made him want to retire early, but his curious and eager-to-learn pups made sure the change wasn't too hard on him.
He moved into the elders' den with Charna when they both turned seven, just half a month before her.
Winged Night stayed close to Sarge even after he was barely moving around anymore, staying by his side until the wolf and his mate finally departed this world. Only then did the raven leave. He never strayed far from the pack, but instead settled in with others of his own kind.
