Lore: Blackstar was born to an old pack, far far away from her packlands. It was a very old pack, small and set in its ways with restrictions that made wolves snarl and bare their teeth in disgust. The pack leader had her cast out from the start, branding her with an awful name and banning her packmates from interacting with her. Many wolves hated abandoning her, and the pup's pitiful cries cut deep onto their very soul, but they obeyed their leader.
Well, all except one.
Storm was never one to abandon a packmate, and when he was able too, he'd bring scraps of meat over too her too help her eat, lay with her too keep her warm and teach her about life outside the pack. She truly believes the only reason she survived was because of Storm.
On the eve of her first year she made her decision. Fuled by fear after she overheard the elders talking about her fate she'd snuck into Storm's den, anxiously nudging him and whining too wake him up.
After hearing what she'd overheard he'd promised her he'd never let anything like that happen, and they both left the pack behind them.
Now settled into her own packlands, she leads very differently too how she grew up, not allowing any wolf to feel how she once did.
