Biography
Funnel Cloud was found as an adolescent, abandoned and having wandered into the desert. He was starving and had used the last of his energy to summon a brief thunderstorm so he could have a drink before he died. Alpha Delta arranged a marriage between him and the pack member with the strongest storm-influencing powers, Downburst.
