Moondancer, or Moon, came to Duskveng by recommendation through Blood and Smoke of Naonuma. The pack had taken her in for a while, providing her shelter and nourishment until she felt ready to depart. Upon reaching the unfamiliar lands of Duskveng, a sense of belonging washed over her. Though her pelt was rather colourful and unnatural, she found that the wolves of Duskveng didn't care too much. They accepted her as she was. It was a relief.
Originally named Splash of Colour, upon meeting her beloved Sundancer, another colourful wolf who was brought into the pack not long after her, Moon was swift to fall in love. The two were soon pairbound. Not long after, Moon fell pregnant with an outside stud's puppies. With permission from the king, Icarus. She bore a litter of three. Two of which, had very unusual coats. Black as a moonless sky. Which inspired their names. Maxian and Maxius.
