Odin was found near death on the edge of Loki's pack. He rarely speaks of his past claiming that it was hard and not worth remembering. Admittedly he seems to have some level of difficulty with many aspects of memory. It is very possible that whatever had left him weakened also took the painful memories he barely remembers.
What is known is that Odin fell from a cliff while running from something or someone. He landed amidst the rocks below and by all accounts should have died. Loki nursed him back to health with the help of Lofn and soon Odin was claiming that he would serve the pack as payment for all they had done. Loki and Odin are incredibly close, Loki's naturally flirtatious nature leaves many wondering if more is being left unsaid.
Frigg, Odin's scouting partner ended up being his romantic partner as well. Though it seems they do have an open relationship of sorts as Frigg has been known to willingly pair up with males from other packs. Odin and Loki will always remain close it seems.
Together Frigg and Odin hope to leave the pack with an heir to take up their Scouting efforts as they begin to slow down. They have discovered almost all of the nearby land and grow tired of long walks and speaking to the birds.
