-introduction (obsolete)- 

> you enter redwing's corner of the den, to see her playing around with a pebble in her paws. she notices your presence within seconds, and turns to you with a half-snarl. 

> "hey! you're not allowed in here. who are you, anyway?!" 

-backstory- 

> redwing was a rogue living in the wilds of the tundra. growing up in a particularly competitive part of the tundra, she developed an aggressive, mistrustful disposition in order to protect herself. 

> permafrost encountered her wreaking havoc one day on his expeditions, and impressed by her strength and vigor, he invited her to join the tundra watchers and use her strength for the good of the tundra. she challenged him to a fight, which he won. this impressed her, and she reluctantly but willingly joined him. 

> now, she wreaks just as much havoc as she did before on her missions as an outrider, but all the blood she sheds is for the good of the realm. 

-other facts- 

> she and cirrus were very good friends. cirrus was heartbroken when she died, and couldn't do anything but grieve for a few days. 

> redwing always got hurt on missions because of how many fights she picks. she always won them, though, and no matter how battered and tired she was, she always came back home, and went out later for more. 

>contrary to her wild nature, she died rather peacefully in her sleep.
