Chips

It devasted Chips to leave her old pack. She loved it and was content living there. Not like Fish, her pup-hood friend. He was always looking for adventure. But when the pack held its annual chasing, she failed her trial and was chased for it. Fish, always the bad fighter, had been chased as well and they set out together. That, at least, eased her sorrow.

By the time they settled in their new home, she had mostly recovered from leaving their old pack. Though her heart yearned for the family and friends she had left behind, she was making new ones already. Within a moon's time, she had befriended Glen and Kern, two dispersal wolves who had been living in the forest beforehand.

She was the stalker on the first hunting team, Starboard, up until recently when their previous herbalist left to be with their love. Chips decided to step up to the role and has been doing a good job, although she misses hunting alongside her friends and packmates.

                                                                                                      ✯Personality✯

Chips' quiet nature and piercing eyes can make her a bit unsettling to strangers, but just give her a chance and you'll find a friendly, amiable wolf who's always ready to lend a paw or ear. Once she decides you're her friend you better bet you are her friend. She's very dedicated to her pack and packmates and would give her life for it.

She is a bit prideful, but isn't everyone? The role of herbalist has certainly stoked her pride, not every wolf has efficiency with medicine, and she truly feels like the co-founder that she is. And now that she has taken this position, maybe the old gods will finally notice her. Maybe she and Fish can finally achieve their goal and make contact with Zephyrus.
