Kionë is based on a wolf that kept appearing to me in my dreams a few years ago. The first dream he appeared in, I was standing in a field, there was snow on the ground and it was foggy, also there were no trees. I saw a black wolf standing ahead, looking at me. He started to charge towards me, and I knew I couldn't run so I got down on the ground and buried my head/face under my arms between my chest and legs and said "If this wolf is gonna kill me, he's just gonna have to kill me because there's nothing I can do.". Then the dream shifted to a 3rd person point of view, all I saw was me, the wolf, who was standing about 15 feet away, and me sitting on the ground with snow on the ground and nothing but fog. He started to charge at me, then stopped, and rubbed his head against mine. I looked up and saw him standing right at me, staring into the back of my soul with beautiful yellow eyes and jet black fur that was slightly frosted. I gently reached out and placed my hand on the top of his head, and he turned into a solid white wolf with a slight greyish look underneath his fur. (still with yellow eyes). He appeared in more dreams, but always as a black wolf, he was never white again. Sometimes I WAS him.
