Amaranth "am-uh-ranth"
Marked by the distinct dark patch on her back and sharp blue eyes, Amaranth leads alongside her younger sister, Magdalene, as one of two Queens in charge of the Disciples. She was named after the amaranth flower, which is considered a symbol of immortality.
Amaranth is the nonsensical sort, and prefers a job gets done quickly and efficiently above all else. She values productivity and communication amongst her pack mates, and has a tendency to force herself between squabbling dogs to get them to be rational and think about their actions and words before they speak them.
Although she does not seem the sort, Amaranth has a way of speaking to other species' as opposed to other wolves. Often, when she's wandering the land without her pack, she's accompanied by other animals, usually the frailer foxes of the prairies.
