Kimiko

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧

Kimiko is the first daughter and offspring of Koyama and Takeda. She was born in the first spring. Kimiko had one littermate, Naomi. Growing up, the two were very close. Often, Naomi and Kimiko would be out in the woods, exploring their new home together. One day while the sisters were out, they ran into a light gray wolf whose name was Yukio. They invited him back to Nightvale and he was accepted as a member. 

As time went on, Kimiko and Naomi's relationship began to falter. Kimiko was the more popular out of the two, not that she did it on purpose, that's just how it was. Kimiko saw this and confronted Naomi about it but her sister only brushed it off. Kimiko was sure that her sister would come to accept it anyways, but she was be wrong. 

In the fourth fall of Nightvale, her daughter, Gina, was born. Shortly after, Naomi would try to overthrow Koyama. Despite just having a daughter, Kimiko was close to Koyama's side when her sister attacked her. She was livid but most of all, hurt. Kimiko loved her sister so much, her betrayal was almost too much to bare. Because of this, Kimiko had a hard time raising Gina but thankfully, Yukio, her mate, was at her side the entire time. 

Unfortunately, Naomi was not the last of Kimiko's kin that would betray her. Her daughter, Hikari, would later pledge her alliance to Naomi and kill Tosaku. As her mother, Kimiko felt responsible, even though she wasn't in the slightest. 

Kimiko would later cross paths with her daughter after the betrayal. But she couldn't bring herself to kill or even hurt her. Hikari threatened to attack her mother, but she never did. Kimiko knew she wouldn't. 

Despite losing both a sister and daughter, Kimiko remains strong for her pack. She is a crucial member, one that many younger wolves look up to.

Kimiko's title is "The Starborn". She was Koyama's first child, as such, her title would have the name "star" in it somewhere.
