Sunrise helped found the Element’s Guardians pack by Guardian’s side. He is a soft wolf, with compassion in his heart and wisdom in his soul. Sunrise balances Guardian, providing wisdom and smarts to back up her ambitions. Sunrise and Guardian are best friends, and protect each other over all else. Sunrise is never so terrifying as when Guardian is threatened.
Sunrise enjoys rising before dawn to watch his namesake and often says that watching the sun rise gives his hope for every new day. He adores curling up with other wolves in a sunny spot and dozing for hours. Sunrise has a particularly soft spot for puppies, letting them tug on his ears and climb over his back like he’s a mighty mountain. However, he also loves the thrill of stalking prey through the woods, unseen and unnoticed until it is too late. Sunrise went on over a thousand hunts in his life, feeding not only his own pack, but making it possible for the Element’s Guardians pack to help feed those in need, too. Sunrise is a wolf of quality and fire. He has a strong spirit and a deep sense of fire and kindness. He embodies the sunrise.
One interesting fact is that Sunrise had a daughter named Pine Needle who went on to lead another pack. Another of Sunrise’s daughters, Grey Light of Dawn, grew up to Lead her birth pack, protecting and guiding the pack her father helped found. In addition to watching over the pack he founded with Guardian, Sunrise watches over his lineage and his descendants’ packs too. His compassion and wisdom live on in all those who knew him, but especially in the little girl who looked up to him so much, Grey Light of Dawn.
