Hazel is a fair-minded wolf and was one of the earliest members of the Adder's Tongue Pack. He started as a scout, but found that he enjoyed tracking in the Lily Hunting Party much more. He shot through the ranks of the hunters because of his level-headedness and quickly became the Lead Hunter. He is close friends with Bear and Fern and is mates with Holly. He used to have a crush on Raven, but it never became anything more.
