content: Rulahou was never one to try and get ahead. she allowed her life to run its course, and was happy with it all the while. though she was, in the end, promoted to lead denminder when her father passed, she never expected nor fought for it.

Hryhoolou: mother.
Olsac: father.
Aulosac: littermate. they were the first pups born to the Pines, and nobody could conceive of a Rulahou without an Aulosac, or vice versa. neither could they, it turned out. beside a single brief interlude, the siblings' lives were always closely entwined, Rulahou's endless calm balancing her brother's temper.
Nisemolso: eldest daughter. when Hwemalrusu returned from discussions with another pack, a black-and-silver pup held in his mouth, it was Rulahou who took to her the quickest. though Rulahou was still relatively young at the time, Nisemolso came to see her as a mother.
Abeishou: daughter.
Nihlulah: youngest daughter.
Thaulka: youngest sister. their father Olsac died only a few days after the birth of Thaulka and her littermate - with Hryhoolou absent as she ever was, Rulahou took it upon herself to raise them. they were close, but she could not protect them forever: Lumatesn was struck down by plague, and Thaulka, grieving and fearful, fled. Rulahou would never see her again.
