You pad through the forest, aware of the rustling leaves and bird song which surrounds you. Suddenly ~SNAP~ a twig breaks to your left, amber eyes gleam in the darkness and a loud, deep voice barks to you. "Welcome stranger, what is your business here?" With a wag of his tag you know this stranger wolf means well, quickly explaining your situation the large shadow wolf nods. "I know your kind, many a lone wolf has found home with my pack. Would you like to be the next?".
Previously a lone wolf himself, Doug knows the trials and struggles involved in being alone. He is open and welcoming to strange wolves as a result of his fair temperament, this can also mean that punishments and exiles are common within the pack.
As the alpha, Doug has taken on the role of the breeding male within the pack, however his heart belongs only to one wolf. Emerald and Douglas have had a long and difficult relationship, finding each other as young orphaned pups and falling in love as they grew together. The pair share 2 sons who tragically died at birth.
