Aiyana

long-time mate of audric, aiyana was regarded as patient, observant, and reliable. because of her personable nature, she was the "face" of the pack, speaking and acting on behalf of her soft-spoken partner and handling all alliances with neighboring packs. because of this, she was equally-respected as audric and was wholly responsible for coordinating when audric was occupied with other pack duties. to many, they thought aiyana was the true leader, and due to the hierarchy of the pack they are technically not wrong. however, those familiar with the pack know that audric, despite his quiet nature, is the strategist behind all of the pack's decisions.

in the wake of her death, the pack and their allies were in shambles, especially audric. though her body had started to slow, no one expected her death to be so soon and so sudden, and the pack was ill-prepared for their second-in-command to leave them so soon. without a diplomatic leader on their side, the pack has suffered and audric has become quiet and secluded. their daughters, vala and wren, feel now more than ever that they will need to rise up to manage the pack soon.

enyo (1st litter)
the first-born child of audric and aiyana, enyo always had dreams of venturing far and wide, her paws unable to stay within the confines of lichen valley's borders. the news of her daughter not wanting to take over the pack had filled aiyana with sadness, but her understanding mate, audric, assuaged her worries and encouraged their daughter's desires. enyo now resides in the neighboring territory, cross river pack, where she seems to have settled for now.

wrena & vala (2nd litter)

wrena and vala, twins in more than just their shared birth date, appear as near-reflections of one another. while vala has taken a bit more from her father with her dark complexion and wrena more from her mother with her fair face markings, the sisters nonetheless have an uncannily similar appearance, right down to their dusty-blue pelt. wrena, the more vocal but smaller of the two, has already proven herself as a strong asset to the pack, asserting herself as a natural leader among those her age. wrena is a bit more soft-spoken, but her large frame and intelligence make her a formidable force. they both have expressed interest in taking over the pack, and while vala is the more charismatic decision, those who can prod wrena into speaking know that she is determined to beat her sister, no matter what.
