Unlike Freya's life, whose pack made her feel more like a nomadic wolf living at the outskirts of the pack's land, Kaden always had it easy.

Kaden's father was the most charismatic male wolf known around the three packs that co-existed along each other. That time in Kaden's pack, the matriarch had taken a liking to Kaden's father and decided to make him the pack's breeding male because of his humble nature and handsome looks. Kaden was born from a mother that never cared much about him as much as she cared about gaining favor from his father. She wanted to be Kaden's father's favourite female among the three packs, to have him pining for her and her alluring self.

Kaden, though, was too small to understand why his mother was never there for him. Either way, he always had his father by his side. Because out of all the pups his father produced, Kaden was his father's most favourite and beloved son.

With the position as the favored son of the pack's breeding male, came the possibility of taking over his father's role, and seeing as the matriarch of the pack was, slowly but surely, taking a liking toward Kaden because of his father's attention, she wouldn't reject the opportunity of making him the next breeding male. Once it arrives.

Kaden could anything he ever wanted. With just a whine, his father would immediately be by his side and get anything the pup would want.
