Sweet, good-natured and entirely too trusting for her own good, Frost is the perfect victim for her sister's schemes and tricks. Despite frequently being the fall-guy for Soot's mischief, though, Frost loves her sister more than anything. She's not dumb -- she knows what Soot is up to! -- but a part of her will never be able to let go of that hope that maybe this time it will be different.
Or maybe she's just a glutton for punishment.
