First Meeting:

After having recently left her pack, an amber wolf with dark markings explores the forest.

'It's been a while since I have seen anyone'

She turns, facing her haunches, and sniffs a wound on her upper leg.

'I need to find some yarrow'

She quickly heads north, following the scent of yarrow, only to find a dark figure standing in a clearing.

'How did I not smell them earlier'

The figure doesn't seem to notice the female wolf as she circles around behind them. She proceeds to attack the figure from behind as best as she could, considering her injury.

Caught off guard, the figure drops something on the ground and yelps, "Wait! I'm not here to fight!"

She lets go of the figure's scruff and examines them. They give off a faint and strange smell, but are undeniably another female wolf. She also notices that they have injuries along their flank.

"You are going to need more than a few wilted petals for your wounds", the amber wolf harrumphs, "and a safe place to recover."

"I-I can take you to my den", the strange wolf stammered.

"Fine, but don't expect me to stay long"
