Varg is known as the last of Lupus, the Great direwolf who founded Izen and made it home to many wolves. His father died when he was an adolescent and as his father's only son and heir, Varg was stuck being the next king to Izen. Varg was guided by Hazran to be a great king, but soon Varg found out what his so called mentor really wanted and that was the throne, so Varg had him executed for his crime. After almost being killed by Hazran and his followers, he has a hard time trusting others especially Hazran's only surviving son, Haz. Varg soon made an alliance with a rivaling pack of rogues fighting over land, in doing so Varg promised to marry the Alpha's only daughter, Alea. Due to Varg's independent personality and Alea's disliking of the Izen wolves their relationship was a shaky one in the beginning and they only tolerated each other for the good of the alliance. In order to secure Lupus's bloodline, Varg started to breed with other females of Izen with only one pup seeming to meet his standards and that was his daughter, Lily. Varg soon started to find joy in the little female and felt love in his heart again. Varg's main goal right now is to spread Lupus's bloodline and to secure it for when he passes. Varg only looks to be a good king and although he has a strange way of showing it he does care for Alea greatly and he does love her and hopes that when their pups are born that they can learn to love each other.
