Sorpear 💪

Hercules found the young Sorpear cowering under a bush while tracking a prey scent. The pup was extremely fearful and frankly whiny, but Hercules took a quick liking to him, seeing some of himself in the pup.

Hercules continued to visit him and bring him prey over the next few days, and finally he coaxed the pup to come back to the Cult with him. Sorpear was welcomed with open arms and the King, seeing the bond he had with Hercules, made the young wolf Hercules' ward. Hercules could not have been happier.

Upon reaching the age of six months, the King deemed him to be a scout when he reached adulthood. Sorpear was disappointed to hear that he wouldn't be a hunter like his adopted father, but he accepted the scouting was an important job as well.

Whenever he's not scouting Sorpear spends most of his time playing with his father Hercules and his best friend Pandora. As the only fertile male wolf in the pack, his job extends beyond simply hunting - he's in charge of providing the next generation, as well. The responsibility weighs heavily on him, but he bears it the best he can.

When Hercules died, Sorpear lost an important part of himself. Sorpear swore he'd do his best to honor his father's memory and not grieve too much, instead dedicating himself to his scouting work. He loves his packmates more fiercely for knowing they could leave to Elysium at any time.
