Amastsu 📜

Amastsu was startled the first time Itsuki gave him the hex bag to allow him to shift between his human form, and a wolf form. He, however, is now very fond of this form, which he thinks reflects all his human charms and looks. And who can deny it?

Even though the Timoria and Klouvi are both made up of supernatural creatures, humans are plenty involved. In fact, the people in high enough places with enough money? When they come in to watch these fights they sometimes bring their kids with them to the deepest and darkest of black market operations. Amastsu remembers bits and pieces of this from his childhood, but as he grew to become an adult, his father took him again to watch things that were only fairy tales and stories to most. Amastsu's father loved the fighting rings the Klouvi operated--monsters tearing one another apart. He made all kinds of bets and sponsored too many fighters to count. He believed the knowledge of these creatures was privileged, and only the chosen elites of society had the honor of knowing this secret information.

Amastsu thinks very differently. He certainly had it all, he was even set to become CEO of his father's company, one that was at the top of it's industry. And he left it all. He ran away from home as a young adult and planned to make his own life. Until the bounty hunters came. Amastsu is still amazed at the woman who came to save him. Kókkino was a blur of motion and lethal intent. But then she disappeared. Surrounded by the bodies of bounty hunters, Amastsu did the only thing he could think of. He gathered their weapons and their tech, and began teaching himself everything he needed to learn to go after the black market organization that sent those hunters. Amastsu didn't exactly plan on becoming an informant and what was practically a double agent, but life led him to the Timoria. He took assignments here and there and learned the trade. He was a human operating in a world where a single creature could gank him in a heartbeat. But he managed. It didn't hurt that he knew exactly how to use his looks to his advantage.

Amastsu was eventually assigned a hit on a Klouvi sponsor. His father. Cinder had no idea what she was doing when she assigned a random Timoria member to the case. Amastsu always worked under a false name. When she found out, she even went as far as to remove the hit, but it was too late. Amastsu came out of hiding  under his true name and returned to his father. Only to kill him. When the deed was done, Amastsu had mixed feelings. But he didn't regret it. However, once he tried to return to taking assignments, he realized he had revealed himself in order to put an end to his father. He needed a place to hide. 

Cinder took him in without a thought. Amastsu has grown very comfortable in his new home, and even found out just how small a world it is when Kókkino joined the pack upon being made on a job. Amastsu still goes on a few missions with Cinder when she permits it, but otherwise enjoys his new life as a bachelor and with a new family. Being his oh so irresistible self, he's even attracted the company of a few woodland creatures who have taken a fancy to him.
