💀Obituary:

Description: Daughter of the original pack leader Zakuu, Zuraa is kind-hearted and sympathetic like her mother. She's been through some major ups and downs in her life, but continues to smile. 
This is mostly due to her savior, childhood best friend, and new mate, Bucket. ♥ Although she can be self-conscious of her scars and blind eye, Bucket is always telling her how pretty she is to him.
On her days off, Zurra is found frolicking with fox kits and other creatures, helping them and showing kindness. 

Story: Zuraa's beginnings were full of adventure and happiness. Born in the spring, she often played with her brother Chestnut when they were young. Although she was young, his death is still very vivid in her mind, and it's haunted her ever since. She remembers the flower she had pointed out to him, and how he ate it on a dare. She remembers how her pupsitter Kane had tried to revive him with no luck. 

Kane had promised to never tell her mother of this dare, and the two made a pact to never talk about it again. To this day, Zuraa feels a shame for the lie she's hidden from her mother, and although Zakuu is suspicious of Kane, Zurra insists that it was not his fault. This is the sole reason Kane was allowed to stay in the pack, and she's been very close to him since. 

Zurra is kind-hearted and sympathetic like her mother, to the point of not being able to look when her finisher Garnish makes the killing blow. She'd enjoy spending time with her friends, Bucket and Essence, who are similar in their ideals and pacifist ways. She especially loved to hear all about the adventures Bucket had on his scouting trips to the rainforest!

After her brother died, Zuraa had always been very close to Kane, so much so, that they eventually became a bonded pair, even raising a litter of pups together! Despite his broken heart, Bucket would always check up on her. In fact, he played with the pups while Kane was away! 

One day, while Bucket was away on a long scouting mission, Zuraa had asked Kane to watch the pups while she went to go help on a hunt. They were getting bigger, and although resistant, Kane agreed. To Zuraa's devastation, there was a puppy missing when she returned. Kane refused to know what had happened to the puppy, claiming it had disappeared! Angry with his excuses, she backed him into a corner and demanded the truth. Disgusted with her disrespect, Kane revealed said that weak puppies were a detriment to the pack, and that was the course of nature... that's what happened with her brother, afterall... "He was weak". 
Realizing that it was Kane, responsible for her brother's death, Zuraa for the first time saw red. She attacked Kane right then and there, initiating a bloody battle. Unfortunately, Zuraa did not come out as the victor, losing an eye in the process. 
Realizing that her mother would kill him upon knowing what he'd done, he took off with two of the puppies (those he considered strong), and never returned. Leaving her with only one runt. 

It was Bucket that found Zuraa, bleeding and cuddling her one puppy. Devastated, he licked her wounds and took care of the puppy, ironically named "Zane" after he father. 
Despite Zane's father, Bucket took care of the little guy like he was his own, and after months of caring for him, Zuraa couldn't help but slowly fall in love with the goofball. Her heart still broken, but Bucket would help patch it up over time. ♥

Her and Bucket raised 3 litters over their time together, raising them into goofball wolves that were found good homes in other packs. All except for Bucky (the second son) and Fiddle, who sadly never got to meet her father. But, Zuraa was there to tell her many humbling stories about her father. How he had many hardships, but never gave up. She also taught Bucky how to hunt, and was happy to see him succeed as a finisher, just like his dad. 

After Bucket passed, Zuraa continued to look after the pack puppies, nurturing them and helping them grow. She stayed on her hunting team with her son, Bucky, up until the day she died, where she was mourned deeply by all the young pups of the pack that had experienced her kindness, and knew that the pack would never be the same after she died...
