She entered the pack late greengrow, year 1 and became a hunter. When Stone joined the pack Darkshepherd started mentoring him.
She and Graysong hate each other.
One night while out hunting, something attacked Darkshepherd, causing her to have a very bad wound on her leg. Chesnutstripe got hurt as well, although Graysong managed to avoid it. While waiting for Dewleaf to get back from foraging, Darkshepherd told Willowmoon that they didn't see what had attacked them. This is odd, as Willowmoon sent Darkshepherd's hunting party off on a critter trail. What, or- who, could've attacked them?
Very start of snowfall, year 4, she died of old age. Or... did she? Her body was seen with a bite wound on it. The bite of a wolf.
