Lullaby: Romantic personality, best in stalker or chaser roles. 
Machaon: Friendly personality (gets alone with Romantic), best in stalker or chaser roles.

If you add other wolves, I'd make at least two of these pups chasers and the last a stalker, or have them all as chasers. If you're just using these three pups in a party with no other wolves, have the following roles for their primary role and then assign the extra 2 chaser roles where you see fit, or to whichever has the most energy: Lullaby as stalker, Dæmone as chaser, and Machaon as finisher. Machaon would take the finisher role because she has the highest strength stat of the three.
