Echo watched her mother go through the hell that is the Klouvi. She and her sisters, Dakota and Enya, are the result of the Klouvi's breeding of werewolves. They were born to Cinder in a nesting cage, which sat across from the holding cell of a purebred wendigo child. In the chaos that ensued after the escape of Sasha Baron, Cinder, and her pups managed to get away, but the wendigo who helped them has been missing ever since.Â
As Echo grows older, she finds that what she wants most in this world is for her own children to never experience the Klouvi or anything like it. She was just a pup when she began her life there, but she knew of the horrors within. Cinder reluctantly tells her children about the place they were born and the fights she fought in order to stay alive. Echo can't imagine the fear her mother felt when she gave birth in that place.
Echo understands the missions her mother runs, but isn't all too convinced she should be joining them. She will, however, do whatever it takes to protect her family.
