Some describe this coppery she-wolf as a wayward spirit or guardian angel, come to bring blessings to the Forget-Me-Not Pack. Helia emerged from the fog at the edge of the swamps one late summer evening, lost and in a daze. Luckily for her, she had done so just as a hunting party was passing by, and the startled group ushered her back to their home. The next morning, a refreshing rain visited the mountains and ended a fortnight-long drought, and the rest of the hunts that month were more successful than usual. This caused many pack members to look at Helia with reverence, connecting her sudden arrival with good fortune. This perhaps only added to her confusion, as Helia (as far as she could tell), hadn't done anything to cause such events.
Despite many long walks and conversations with the pack leader, Brigid, Helia has not been able to recover any memories of her origin. For a while after her arrival, she spent many long hours on a perch overlooking the mountains, simply staring out over the horizon, deep in thought. Over time, she developed a knack for mixing herbs and medicines, and become a full-time herbalist for her pack. While not withdrawn, she is quiet and thoughtful, and her mind is usually always elsewhere. She is a kind and generous friend, and shares all that she has with her pack. Though Helia is well-adjusted and belongs with the Forget-Me-Nots, a part of her heart yearns to know of her past. She hopes to unlock those hidden truths one day.
