Sparrowfeather

As a pup, Sparrowfeather was a confident little boy who already thought he was ready to run with the adults. When dinner was served, he was always sitting right by his father, thinking he could eat with the Alpha. The adults had to remind him that he was still just a pup and must wait his turn.

As an adult, he was still confident and liked to stay close to his father when he was home. But he had learned some humility and stayed in his place mostly. He worked hard as a chaser and kept his nose to the grindstone. But if he had something to say, he didn't care who heard it. When something got him riled up, the whole forest knew it.

As Pack Alpha, he still makes his voice heard when necessary. But he trusts his packmates to do what needs to be done. And they trust him to do what's best for them. He proudly wears the symbol of his position, a Lunar Tear pendant that his father brought back from the Dreamlands. It symbolizes the beautiful dream that came true in Honeywood Pack.

Sparrowfeather and Pineshade's relationship hasn't always been smooth. When they were pups, Pine's frequent tattling annoyed Sparrow and Oakbranch the pupsitter often had to break up their squabbles. But as they got older and Sparrow began to buckle down, he started relying on Pine to keep him honest. If he thought he made a mistake that would disappoint his father, he would ask her. And she found that she enjoyed whispering advice in his ears. Before anyone knew it, they were running together more often than not and were rarely seen apart. Their love has only grown and gotten stronger over the years.
