Modest and quiet, Daire might not have formed a pack at all without his louder and more assertive companion Koa. The two of them worked in tandem despite their seemingly opposite personalities, with Daire doing the planning and organizing and Koa making sure everything - and everyone - ran smoothly.

Daire was an inquisitive wolf who liked to go on long walks - either by himself, or with friends or family - across the territory, studying the local flora and fauna.

Together, he and Koa raised seven pups, both bio and adopted - hunting party leaders Agnar and Cathán, herbalist Jet, head pupsitter Celos, hunting party leader North, Hyde, and Acacia.
