Jala, the First Scout

Jala came to the pack mere weeks after it's beginning. Although quiet, it was obvious she took to Tarix and Nara, finding the mountainous den to be a true home. Jala often keeps to herself, none but Nara know her story. Even then, Jala keeps most of her past's details private. She rarely involves herself in social matters of the tribe and prefers to be alone, making her the perfect scout. In order to stay in the pack, Jala asked only that she be given the job and for Tarix not to ask any questions about how long she was away. With both requests granted, Jala joined the pack. As mentioned before, only Nara knows the basics of Jala's past. From what she's shared, Jala was born into a prosperous pack of over 50 wolves. As daughter of the alphas, Jala and her siblings lived in bliss. From there, the story crumbles. Jala has told Nara multiple different things in relation to how her pack fell. First, it was fire. Then, a massive flood. After that, an enemy pack. Nara is still unsure how Jala was made an orphan, and Jala seems unwilling to share. They do know that Jala travelled a great distance to reach the lands of Tarix and Nara, sometimes they wonder if she'll ever return. Despite her distance, Jala is a vital member of the pack. Her motives, although mysterious, are pure. Jala is aware of Oliver's feelings for her, but is not at all interested. She doesn't have the nerve to tell him, preferring to just avoid him and hoping the affection goes away.
