Vistera could be the Head Chaser in her hunting party, but that'd be a bit too much work, yeah? She's the fastest, sure, but why should she have to organize the runners and maintain the relationship with their tracker and takedown queen? Osrin was willing to take the position, and she's glad of it.

Vistera has come to see Osrin's willingness to step up for her as something of a romantic gesture. Although he initially denied it, Osrin has admitted to some attraction to her. He fears that a relationship would be ill advised, since they work so closely together and he is her party leader, but Vistera insists that it's fine. If it became an issue, she could simply swap out with a Chaser from another party.
