Ravrath Faires

Ravrath is the sibling and second-in-command of the current alpha of Fen, Sanelor.

Some wolves were sceptical at a second-in-command not always being in the den - Ynoth had always been with the pupsitters, after all - but Ravrath's huntmates and the other Velruri wolves all agree it's great to have one that first-hand understands their point of view. In return, Sanelor is closer to the Dromor wolves than Ravrath is, and the balance is once again kept, in the siblings' opinion.

Ynoth did give Ravrath some training before she passed, along with Revukan and Sanelor. However, their training consisted more of stories. It was strange to hear the normally quiet second talk so much, but Ravrath learned a lot from her about how to manage relations within the pack, avoid or mediate conflicts, listen closely to what the pack wolves were and were not saying, and support Sanelor in her role as alpha.

Ravrath is open and friendly to all within Fen, and wolves, young or old, can come to them if they have questions about anything or just want to talk. Sometimes, their brain seems to lag a bit in the middle of a conversation, but they never forget, and are incredibly empathetic to struggles of the Fen wolves, small or big.

One thing that they will not tolerate is wolves doubting Sanelor's leadership. Sanelor may have a prickly exterior that comes out when she's anxious and she will lash out at anyone in her path when she's like that, but Ravrath knows that it comes from a place of concern about her performance as alpha and how the pack wolves are taking it. They know that Sanelor cares deeply about every single one of them, and will gladly return verbal fire to whoever's taking shots at Sanelor when she's not there.
