The Everwalker - Title received for being the eldest and wisest of the pack. This title is passed down wolf to wolf upon The Everwalker's death, most often to the next elder wolf. This titled carries with it the weight of years of hardship and work, and may only ever be used in the highest of respects. The Everwalker is the only wolf beside the leader who may demand respect, and often is given more than the leader themselves. They deserve it, for their service to their Pakkyon.
Ceremony of Naming (Everwalker) - When a new Everwalker is named, they are brought before the pack, and are thanked by each of their Packmates for their dedication to their work, and for their years spent fighting death away. The members of the Pakkyon all offer the elder a Keepsake, and each give a Tuft of Fur, to make the nest of The Everwalker soft and comfortable. If the season permits, Poppies and Dandelions are weaved through the fur of the new Everwalker, and the pack celebrates them with a feast. After the celebration, The Everwalker normally choses to give a word of thanks, and then leads another naming ceremony: Ceremony of Naming for a Kelsiann. A Kelsiann is a wolf chosen by the Everwalker to serve their needs (getting them food, fixing up their nest, keeping their fur clean). This new Kelsiann is removed from their pack duties to serve the Everwalker's needs, and moves into The Resting Place. The chosen wolf is most often a young pup, who also duals duties by helping with pupsitting. But, more rarely, the chosen wolf can also be an older wolf, who is a descendant or mate to The Everwalker.


Evagie lives in The Resting Place.
The Resting Place - This is a special den for any wolf over the age of five years, who have chosen to relinquish their pack role, and relax in their retirement. Only one wolf has been old enough to do this in Glacieus' Pakkyon: Evagie. Otherwise referred to ask The Everwalker.
