From a young age, Gifen had always heard stories of a brave pup who had left the pack to find his own way. To scared to do so himself, he delved into the stories of his distant relative who was so brave. Once an adolescent, he worked hard to learn the ways of the woods. Once of age, he left the pack, determined to find his relative. As fate would have it, he stumbled upon a kind, older she-wolf at the base of the mountain. She introduced herself and asked why he was alone. He explained his story, and with a small chuckle, the wolf explained that she knew exactly who he was talking about. She then offered to take Gifen to him. Gifen was wary at first, but decided he had set on the journey alone knowing the risk. He trusted the she-wolf and followed her to her den. Upon entering what she called "The Main Cave", he instantly spotted who he was looking for. "COOKIE!", he hollered, and ran towards the bigger wolf. Confused, the wolf turned to Gifen and asked who he was. Gifen apologized, and for the second time that day, explained his story. Cookie happily greeted him and welcomed him to the pack. Not long after joining, he was told by Cookie of a beautiful she-wolf who helped in the breeding of pack pups, but was wanting a permanent mate. Cookie then introduced Gifen to Rainier, a very gorgeous Sepia she-wolf. They instantly felt a connection and fell in love. She trained him to be a hunter, becoming one of the strongest Finishers.
