Laylani was Amaranth's first friend, and an integral member in the early beginnings of the Aktaion Clan. She is older, wiser, and very humble ... and she offers her wisdom freely, both to the Queen, her subjects, and the children of the clan. She has been an invaluable member of the Clan, and is very well respected. One of her children was gifted to an ally pack as a show of favor.
