The creator of the Persona Non Grata Pack, Sapphira, knows what it’s
like to not be wanted. Her mother fell in love with a Siberian
Husky/GSD mix and they had pups, but while the other four looked like
normal wolves, Sapphira looked very much like her father. Her birth
pack was not happy about this and to cover her own tail, her mother
claimed she had been cornered by the dog. She claimed the other four
pups were sired by her mate. This led to Sapphira being looked down
upon, unwanted, and the moment she was old enough to survive on her
own she was forced from the pack.
As she wandered, she
met another wolf by the name of Fulvus. He took quite a liking to
her, and she quickly learned of his distaste for the old traditions
of packs. They decided that together, they could create a safe haven
for those that didn’t fit in with the more traditional packs.
Fulvus mentioned that they were personae non gratae,
unacceptable wolves to their packs. The name fit well and became the
name of their newly budding pack.
