Tara

A strange wolf from a strange land, Tara was invited back to the pack after encountering Serapis during an adventure.

Tara grew up in the Dreamlands, crossing over one day by accident, and finding the way home blocked. Resigned, she set up in Serapis’s pack. 

She became intrigued with the youngster, Khonsu, a wolf clearly of Dreamlands heritage to no one but herself, as all the wolves were content to explain his appearance as a “mishap in the Lunar World.”

Upon an extensive talk with the wolf’s mother, Tara was convinced she had found his Cnitharian connection. A strange wolf, uninterested in normal life whose offspring somehow managed to develop a Cnitharian look, having previously looking no different to his normal looking siblings? Clearly somehow of Cnitharian descent, despite not showing it herself. 

She vowed to find out as much as she could about this pack, due to the unusual amount of Lunar touched wolves (meaning any at all). Due to this, she saw her crossing as less of a negative thing and more as a learning opportunity. 

She was delighted to learn that her name was that of a goddess, and she would be able to keep it, and line up with the pack’s traditions.
