Nettle is capable and shrewish, bitter and sour and snarky as Marten to anyone who isn't a pup. It may surprise some that she has a soft spot for pups, which makes her a good Pupsitter. She is incredibly close to Rune, being the first to join the Silverrune pack, being considered the lead wolf's companion, and being asked by the otherwise reclusive and independent Rune for advice whenever Tala isn't available. She became Rune’s mate, and the adopted mother of Rook, Moth, and Gale.
