Astrid's birthpack was called Blue Wind, tucked within the shadows of a dense northern forest that bordered a snowy mountain range. There, in that cold darkness so still and so quiet, Astrid learned to be agile, stealthy, and cunning. Harsh and often fatal winters also taught her to value her pack members and other living beings.
