Verona

Verona came from the Alaasikaq pack to warn of a great blizzard coming. The Alaasikaq being more used to the cold than Silverfell, have a keener sense for when a snowstorm is approaching. 

   The storm came quicker than expected and Verona stayed in Silverfell to wait it out. Seeing as Silverfell wasn't fully prepared, Verona chose to stay and teach the pups about the signs of snow and better hunting strategies for winter.

While she stayed she also learned about how Silverfell always stayed positive even in hard times. She listened to Warcry's stories of great hunts and how Nightshade could chase prey seemingly forever, how Ashcore was a forest guardian, sorted herbs with Bloodmist, and listens in while Agethern teaches the three stars of Silverfell. 

Verona likes naps in the sun and her favorite prey is Seal because it reminds her of home.

There was another rule of the pack she had disobeyed as an adult. One that has been broken only once by Echo. But Echo was forgiven because Agethern has a weakness for star pups and Echos mate was pure Cthnitherian from the stars. Verona's mate is not. Verona's mate is from the Alaasikaq so maybe she will be forgiven since she was from the same pack too. The rule is to ensure loyalty and that wolves don't leave their pack to live with their mates.  Only time will tell.

Verona was ecstatic when the pack moved to the glacier. She was closer to Soldatna and it felt just like the Alaasikaq's home! Of course she has to work harder to prove her loyalty to Silverfell, but her skills if detecting storms and her experience on the ice will be a great help to the pack!
