Lucifer was kicked out of heaven and stripped of this name 'Samuel' and came to Darkwater for a 'vacation'.. little did he know he would stay there for a very long time.
Luci punishes evil, it's always been his thing.. when he came to earth, running from hell. He was an adventurer for a while till he decided to stay in Darkwater and flirt with all the ladies and gentlemen.. he's been there ever since. No one knows why?
