Gene approaches Dian and presses his ear tightly into her fur. He mumbles something under his breath before plucking a single hair strand directly from the coat. He turns his back to you and fumbles around with it and a series of objects. After a short period, he offers a small smile.. "Dian is completely clear! Not a carrier for anything at all."
Dian's reign on the lands of Snapdragon Pack started with the Lunar (event) world coming to light in the pack's own romping grounds. She fell asleep and awoke along with Dira, the old lead and her mother, they explored along side each other. They fought aside one another and at the end of it all Dira passed her leadership to Dian. Tired and old, she just wanted to relax while Dian was now ready to take on the adventures of the world.
During a routine patrol, one of your scouts reported that they found Gray Lighter's corpse lying on the ground. She must have been snatched by an eagle, judging by the deep cuts in her body left by the predator's talons. She either died from bleeding out, or falling from a great height. What a shame.
Pups have been getting injured more often now that Dian is the leader. Her first litter was born, healthy but a bit weak. She felt so...disappointed. She didn't mean to. Just did. She wanted to be better.

Being so close to the other Lunar World does have it's benefits. Moondancer (the first wolf in the pack to have any Selene markings/ Event Markings) came to Dian in a dream. A fitful dream, her pups strong now and gaining closer to what her ancestors wanted. She believes this pup was a gift. She wandered the woods before finding a strange, but lovely female bear who was surrounded by pups of all kinds.
Moondancer was shyly sitting by herself and then practically launched herself at Dian. Saying she met her in a dream and that her old mother (a Lunar Wolf who she had to leave behind because the pup wouldn't of survived in the Lunar world.) said that Dian would lead her to new loving parents. Which she did. A pair, Lutif and Sweet Bell had happily accepted the pup.
Moondancer is destined. For what exactly? Dian had no idea, but she will happily help the small pup.
