Shamattawa

Shamattawa is from the Alaasikaq pack of wolves in good standing of Silverfell. She was sent here on the day of Mystriels passing as word spreads quickly across the land about events as devastating as that. Nervous and sad, Shamattawa arrived at her new home. Being greeted warmly by the grieving pack. Immediately she was able to find friendship with Irna and Shusanna though.

In the few days she was here, she witnessed the death of Nox and Catharsis as well. While the pack is grieving a lot of new pups has flowed in as well. So the spots were filled. It was a saddening but also hopeful cycle. These pups would create stories and legends throughout their lives. Their spirits burn brightly as they come to make a name for themselves. Silverfell has the blood of legends in it's veins and more have come to be a part of it. Life moves on as it always will.

Ashcore has passed. Why do so many die in this pack? It's so full of life and each one lives it to their fullest. Yet it seems that death follows swift. What is going wrong?

She wept, and had a flashback of her days as a pup. Snuggled up to her mother and brother when everything was okay. Why can't she remember her brother's name? She just remembers being separated and joining a new pack where she grew up before joining Silverfell.

Silverfell has been thriving. Except for the loss of Bloodmist which was another heavy blow. The rest of the pack are young and well fed. There are wolves like Ashheart that can afford to laze about. Things seem like they are looking up. But some wolves that passed don't really seem to have been noticed. Like Fyria. She was a antisocial loner but Shamattawa misses her. She was so lonely, no wolf seems to have realized she passed. It's all about the big names and prophecies that the lesser wolves are forgotten by many. But not Shamattawa, she will remember the names so they will never be lost to the void.

The crisp cruel wind of the Arctic reminded her of a time long ago. Before Silverfell and before tragedy. Of mother's warmth and being pulled away from her siblings. Silverfell had moved here and deaths have finally slowed down. But it has opened a new hole in this wolf's heart.

Rust, Queen Agethern both passed in a day. Echo, mother of prophecies passed earlier when we first moved to Glacier. It seems another wave of death is coming on swift wings

In this wave, little did she know, it was her turn to pass on. She only hopes someone sings her song of mourning in her stead.
