Tammi the Holy

The pack leader is accompanied by an immortal bird named Aeonian that has the ability change appearance. Now it has chosen the form of an owl. The eternal bird passes onto the next leader from the previous one. It shares advice and wisdom of the dead alphas. On rare occasions, it gets possessed by an alpha from the afterlife.

Name origins: Tammi is the Finnish word for Oak. Oaks were seen as holy trees in Finnish mythology.

Personality: distant, honourable, considering.

Tamed the wild owl. Lost an eye for it. One final sacrifice was needed to reach the full potential of the true alpha. Now he sees the world through the owl's eyes. But what exactly happened?

Usually the alpha's companion bird passes calmly from one alpha to the next, but something must have disturbed Aeonian. Because when Tammi became the pack's alpha, the bird didn't recognize him. It attacked and Tammi had no choice but to fight back. The gruel fight left Tammi without his left eye, and his connection to the eternal bird wasn't fully created. Tammi and Aeonian tried and tried to find the answer, until they finally realized what was wrong. The fight had crippled Tammi, and he needed to be healed before the bond between the two could be formed. Tammi could not grow his eye back, but he managed to make a deal with the spirits from the afterlife. Tammi sacrified his right eye, losing his ability to see.
