Vesemir ran away from his pack at a very long age, he was not treated well there.. but he didn't just run he searched.. for power and coin.. the Witcher was formed, he slayed beasts, accepted contracts and became immortal.. He came into Darkwater like he owned the place, but he certainly did gain hierarchy.. Damon hated him for that, but Vesemir would never back down to a Vampire-wolf..

Even though he had a home in Darkwater he still ventured out to make coin and trophies.. he was very rich indeed, he brought food and joy to Darkwater… most of them appreciated it, others were suspicious…. Damon would follow him around, he would also follow the alpha, Rain. Rains skittish around everyone.. Vesemir wanted to fix that, be became closer to Rain…. He started to fall for her a little, she was tormented by past and just wanted good to come. Vesemir became her bodyguard and swore to kill every thing that would ever threaten her..

Vesemir had often shoved past Salvatore and glared as he went by, just a little reminder to watch his back.. Vesemir had even told Salvatore to stay away from Rain and him, Salvatore simply replied with a scoff.. that had angered Vesemir, but of course it wasn't his place to pick fights.. he had just came to the pack, he feared he would be banned and lose Rain

I sat next to Rain on the frosted ground, my paw pads freezing.. Rain gazed at the clearing where various wolves were hustling around, I spotted Salvatore sulking in the corner staring at Rain. His fur was dusted with flakes of snow, I let out a low growl and Rain hushed me with a flick of her ear, "it's not worth it, I am aware of his creepiness." Rain murmured. I walked closer, "I am sorry but he just doesn't sit well with me.." I growled, Rain sighed deeply.. "he is my best friends son, I just don't know what happened.. Damon was never like this, Salvatore is just evil… but I can't kill him or banish him…" I pinned my ears and fluffed up my fur. I sighed and licked her cheek, "I will support you through anything Rain.." she shifted and smiled, "thank you.." she turned around and when into her den, I followed close behind. "Rain, I have to tell you something.." I whispered, my heart beating slowly.. almost threatening to shut of if she didn't say it.. "I am in love with you.." I murmured, sitting down at the entrance of her den. Rain stopped and turned around slowly meeting my gaze, "Vesemir, I'm sorry.. I'm not really ready for a mate.. I just need to deal with Salvatore and getting through this winter.." She hung her head down, "I'm sorry, not yet…"

I looked away clenching my teeth.. "yes, Alpha.." I stood up and tilted my head to her and went out.. I kept thinking about her response.. 'not yet' does that mean she loves me? But she has a lot on her mind so I cannot push it.. I will give her my space until she decides…
