Amongst the first of the wolves to join the pack, Buddy had plenty of knowledge to offer. He started as the pack herbalist. After some time, his age started to creep up on him, so he stepped down from the position, opting to become the packs first Mentor. He trained the beta's son Shadow Flame to take his place as the herbalist and spent the rest of his days training the next generation to find their roles amongst the pack.
During this time, he got to know one of the pack's best hunters, Sasha. While she was a bit arrogant at first Buddy could see it was just a front to hide how scared she was of aging. Being one of the oldest females in the pack was hard for her. It didn't take long for his positive personality to melt her heart. The two have been bonded ever since and Buddy couldn't be prouder of his adopted pups!
