Dawnsky

After making the rounds of several different packs, Dawnsky found herself without a home or a purpose. The school she'd heard about seemed like a great place to spend her last year or so. She asked to join Honeywood Pack and be on the staff of the Academy. She likes her new packmates and enjoys working with the students.

After several months of living and working at the Academy, Alpha Starfall pulled Dawn aside and told her that he knew he would not live to see his pups grow up. In fact, he would die before any of them came of age to take his place as Alpha. The Pack must have an Alpha, but they would not accept someone not raised in the Pack. There was only one solution, a temporary Alpha. Someone to just hold the line until one of the pups could take over. Star asked Dawn if she would be willing to do it. She was nervous, but she agreed. Now it was just a waiting game.

As temporary Alpha, Dawn holds down the fort until the true Alpha comes of age to take over. A year would see out her life and her control.
