Pinebark

DOE - Year 1, late redleaf.
Family: Willowmoon (mother) Eclipse (father) Crystalshard (sister).
Past names: Pine.
Mentor: Dewleaf.
Apprentices: River.

Pine was born early, late redleaf year 1.  He was a scrawny pup.  His father was worried about his future and that he won't be able to hunt or defend himself if the pack ever gets attacked. 

As he's growing older, he seems more and more interested in the life of a herbalist, especially since Dewleaf entered the pack.

Once he reached adolescence he decided to train to become a herbalist under Dewleaf's gaze. 

Late flowerbloom year 1 he became an adult and earned his name, Pinebark,  and became Dewleaf's helper.
Year 3, end of redleaf, Dewleaf passed away.  He has been able to communicate with her in dreams, but recently she disappeared.  Her spirit has moved on to the other world.  She will be remembered.

Year 4, mid redleaf.  He finally got an apprentice, River.  River is very promising, and Pinebark is very happy with how he's doing so far.
A bit after that, Willowmoon got sick.  She wouldn't take her herbs, and if she ate any she would throw up.  Pinebark is incredibly worried about her, because she's both his mother and the pack's leader.  Around the same time he's noticed River muttering and running in his sleep

Year 5, early snowfall. Willowmoon passed out in the herbalist cave. She is not breathing. Is she dead...? No, that can't be... She's stronger than that. She must be alive, she can't die now.. Year 5, mid snowfall. WIllowmoon finally woke up. She's been acting... strange, so she's going to stay in the medicine den for a bit more.
