Jolene

"If I was a biome, I'd be the beautiful rainforest!"

Perhaps considered the Kohana Pack's most gorgeous wolf, no one would doubt that Jolene could wrap any wolf she pleased around her paw. Charming, a flirt, and vain all bundled into one, Jolene could be considered quite the diva. Still, no one could doubt that she truly cares for all her pack members. She has a soft spot for pups and actually mentored under Uriel when she was an adolescent. She loved this job so much she actually decided to be a pupsitter. Despite her good looks, however, she never did find a male wolf suitable to her standards as her mate.

When she's not watching over a group of pups, she's likely chatting with one of her friends as she grooms her fur.

BIOGRAPHY

No one had questioned it when the small, dirty, and starving pink pup was carried back to the Kohana Pack's mountain territory by the elderly Kobayashi. His green eyes looked saddened and his side was injured, but the last thing he was concerned about was himself. He took the small pup to his son Takara, who watched over her with Uriel.

According to Kobayashi, she was just outside the mountain border, where two female she-wolves were plotting to kill her. They were envious of the pup's apparent beauty. Though old, the scout took them both head on in battle, and saved the pup as the wolves ran away. Jolene always felt indebted to the somewhat solitary wolf, though she knew better than to pester him.

For her puphood, Jolene was quick to fit in. She impressed many of the other pups by outrunning nearly everyone in tag, and it seemed she could always convince the male pups to give her some scraps or let her win. She was loved and admired by almost everyone, and didn't complain about it in the least. She loved the spotlight, and when playing "Pup Pack," she was almost always picked as alpha female.

When she became an adolescent, things slowed down. Though her admirers only seemed to grow, and male wolves constantly asked for her to go on a stroll or hunt with them, she didn't seem to care as much. Sure, she still loved the attention, but she admired Uriel's ability to just be able to relax and play with pups. Eventually, Jolene mustered up the courage to talk to the laid-back white wolf, who agreed to apprentice her. Soon, Jolene not only had male admirers following her around, but pups as well.

In her adulthood, she continued doing much the same. Her admirers depleted but she had gained far more friends than she could ever fathom. She got along with mostly everyone, and though she disliked Seraphina, she was never outwardly mean to the dog.

To this day, Jolene continues to watch over pups as they splash and play in the clear rainforest rivers, and is perhaps the most in love with the move to the rainforest. Often times, she's singing a song or chatting to a friend as she cleans herself by the waterfall.
