Sent to the Tribe by the Lunar Goddesses themselves, Phoebe was chosen to be the heir of the Tribe. Just as Azar was called upon by the Sun, the Goddesses that rule the night sky called upon Phoebe to carry on the name of the Tribe after Azar’s passing.
