Rain is the head of The Sunset Council of the Moonrise Eclipse Pack, though she is the alpha, the council was created so that she could hear the opinions of her most experienced and trusted pack members. Sometimes decisions are hard to make, so it's nice to have other thoughts and discussions to keep in mind.
